Sometimes, something true arises—but I don’t yet feel aligned with it.
The Current is moving, but I’m off center. If I speak then, I misrepresent it—not just to others, but to myself.

In Jiu Jitsu, when I move before my body/emotions/mind/spirit aligns, the technique can stutter. That same stutter occurs in many places in my life. The intent might be there, the idea to be a good person or to help solve a problem might be there, but to act from that place is to move from a less connected place. It doesn't mean that a less connected expression is wrong. Flow will be there, but not the effortless flow that tends to emerge as we enter deeper and deeper into the concept we call 'jiu'.
